- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in working in a (digital) agency environment. You have an online portfolio to show for this.
- You are very comfortable in working in multidisciplinary teams including our clients, UX- and motion designers and other engineers –a team player with a team responsibility.
- You have a phenomenal drive to deliver high quality work and have a great eye for design. That includes clean and structured code and semantic markup according to industry standards. Bonus points if you have excellent motion skills as well.
- You always keep improving and broadening your expertise and skills by reading books, exploring and testing new technology and libraries, by visiting conferences and sharing all this by giving presentations but also by writing public blogposts on our website.
You are a digital native, up to date with digital trends, positively energized and have a vision how to apply and improve new technology. There are many other important criteria for evaluating engineering candidates beyond where their skills fall on the web technology stack. People will also be judged on a team/culture fit, the ability to just get stuff done, product sense, communication and problem-solving skills, and experience with agile / scrum environments, to name but a few.
