We are looking for a Platform UX Designer with 5+ years of experience in creating user-centric solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is part of a high-priority initiative to rebuild our platform, which enables state-of-the-art, semi-custom websites for
doctors.
As part of this rebuilt team, you will work closely with stakeholders, users, product designers, and developers, reporting directly to the Head of Product and Design. Together, we will reshape our platform to surpass the competition and leave them wondering how we did it.
Key Responsibilities
● Design reusable design systems and modules, focusing on systems, components, and scalability.
● Work in Figma to craft and refine user-centric designs while familiarizing yourself with our existing platform.
● Develop and optimize user flows and solutions that align with our vision and strategy, striking a balance between challenging the status quo and prioritizing MVP requirements.
● Present creative work to leadership, stakeholders, and end-users, incorporating feedback to achieve the best results.
Experience and Skills
● Proven expertise in creating scalable, reusable design systems.
● Experience working on complex B2B platforms.
● Proficiency in Figma and other UX/UI design tools.
● Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
