Job Description

Do you want to let your skills as a Customer Success Manager peak? Your task is to ensure that every customer is able to use his or her full potential. Whether it concerns renewal of subscriptions, upselling or cross selling, you support every customer as appropriately as possible and like to get the most out of it as soon as that opportunity arises. Are people satisfied? Is there a need for something extra? You find out by playing the ball quickly time and again.

You will end up in an enthusiastic team within a fast-growing and very successful company. You will actually become the internal customer ambassador. You often have internal consultations with the product manager and support manager, to ventilate the customer’s needs. You will work independently, but also in a team. You report to the commercial director. Thinking along with the business is self-evident to you and you will also be involved in process optimizations.

Good to know: this is a job in which English will be the working language more than once. This makes good language skills a must and not a ‘nice to have’. A large part of the Key Accounts are all over the globe. The discussion partners are often IT / Facility Managers / CEO / Workplace Managers.

What does your working day look like?

  • Proactively approaching our strategic customers and setting up a quarterly meeting with them to work through a diverse agenda.
  • Updating the information in our CRM system Salesforce
  • Project management on larger implementations
  • Helping customers get the most out of the system.
  • Answering various questions and requests from the customer
  • Maintaining and improving current customer relationships
  • Measuring and improving current customer satisfaction
  • Discovering upselling and cross-selling opportunities where and when possible
  • Searching for and implementing process optimizations with customers
  • Your customer contact moments are mostly online
  • Correct administrative handling

You

  • Bursting with energy!
  • Brings 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role or you have gained experience as an account manager/customer success manager
  • Have an affinity with the software industry
  • Would like to make a difference for 32-40 hours a week
  • Have a completed HBO education, preferably in a commercial direction
  • Are known for being social, adventurous and for your adaptability
  • Would like to work with customers all over the world
  • Know exactly what to do to give customers the optimal service experience
  • Predictable and reliable
