We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our internal processes and driving efficiency through analysis and implementation. What does a Business Analyst do?
In the role of Business Analyst, you play an important role in continuously improving our internal business processes, often through digitization, as well as through analysis and insight.
You manage and implement our information systems and associated processes. This is done in collaboration with external consultants, using tools such as SalesForce, PowerBI, and Zendesk.
You gather, analyze, and document information, establish processes, and are a key player in implementing these processes.
Additionally, you create insights/reports in tools like SalesForce and PowerBI.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze existing processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Manage and implement information systems and tools to streamline operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to processes, requirements, and solutions.
- Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.
You characterize:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a small company environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in tools such as PowerBI, DAX and/or SQL
- Proficiency in tools such as SalesForce is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
