What kind of person are we looking for?
For our client’s latest e-commerce solution they need a gifted PHP Senior Developer to join their engineering team in Skopje, Macedonia.
As PHP Developer, you will create a fast and scalable plug & play webshop app that integrates with Magento and Shopify webshops. This position requires a senior developer with the skills and experience in building modern web applications. Using the latest frameworks and back-end technologies. You must write clean, reusable code with strong emphasis on stability and performance. You must be organized and able to work both in a team and alone.
You will work in a small team based in Amsterdam
Project
They are currently developing a first-class, high-end, webshop App. It is the kind of App you can download and install from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to buy products from your favourite shop. They are scheduling this App to be done in a couple of months. Currently, the App connects to their Propellor software. In the near future they want this App to connect to Magento and other E-commerce platforms such as Shopify. That’s where you come in. They’d like you to create a PHP solution – an API – that would connect to-and- from the App to Magento.
This solution – the API –would have its own little interface to monitor. But mostly it would get products, customers, images, etc. from Magento to display it in the webshop App.
What qualifications are we looking for?
– 3 years experienced PHP developer
– Excellent knowledge in PHP
– Knowledge of MySQL + relational databases
– Academic professional and intellectual ability
– Write clean, readable code and tests
– Communicative skills
