CANDIDATE APPLIES
Let’s say you are interested in one of our job offers, after applying, we’ll scan your CV to see if there is a general match. 

MEETING AT OUR OFFICE

If there is then we will invite you to our office for a first meeting. In this interview you can ask as many questions as possible about the job, the client or Personal Programmer. 

CV SEND TO CLIENT

When you and we are satisfied, we’ll send your CV to the client, including the salary range you are looking for (we can advise about that). 

DIGITAL MEETING WITH CLIENT

We’ll have an HR initial introductory talk and (we’ll) send your CV to the client including your salary expectations (if in doubt, ask for advise regarding market ranges).

TECHNICAL MEETING WITH CLIENT (OR TEST, OR BOTH)

When both parties are happy with that meeting then usually the client asks for a technical meeting (or a test, or both) to get a glimpse of your actual skill set.

DISCUSS SALARY AND STARTING DATE

After that, when the client and the candidate are satisfied the client can make an offer (salary) and the candidate can respond. 

SIGN PAPER

If all is well, we’ll sign papers and determine when
your first day will be!
