What does a Product Support Specialist do?
You put our GoBright platform in the spotlight, with our customers, distributors and resellers worldwide and with our own sales team. They will have questions or issues related to the platform, related IT integrations, sensoring, etc. that only you can solve for them. Correctly and extensively written product documentation is a no-brainer for you, as is thinking along with and translating customer needs.
You do functional and technical implementation together with the IT and facilities teams of our customers. Therefore you need to have experience with the IT systems our customers use, and be able to help them integrating the GoBright platform in to their AzureAD, Office365 and into their physical network.
What makes this position the most enjoyable is the variety in work. If you work on a ‘How do I plan a room in’ case with customer A in the morning, in the afternoon you get a complicated technical question about setting up the system. Then preparing for tomorrow’s implementation call to do a technical implementation with a customer abroad.
Thanks to your knowledge and feedback, you can support teams, help improve our products and are actively involved in coming up with and testing new features!
What do you bring as a Product Support Specialist?
Despite the fact that work level is important, our employees also deserve a nice new colleague! You are the business card of the company, for both our customers and our colleagues; service and customer orientation is therefore of great importance. You can transfer your knowledge to others in a simple way and you are a fast learner. Moreover, stress has no effect on you and multitasking is your specialism.
- Bachelor work/thinking level or related work experience.
- You must have knowledge of managing Office365 and AzureAD as a system administrator.
- Affinity or even a passion for IT, IT products and/or services.
E.g. implementing programs and troubleshooting networks.
- Communication (both written and verbal) in English is very good
- Nice to have: being proficient in the German language

Specifics to MK positions:
- The first person to be employed for this position in MK, should be a strong profile which we can build on, so we can trust this customer facing position with him/her, and built the MK team further on this person.
- We expect that a period of onboarding in The Netherlands is required, e.g. 1 month of onboarding in The Netherlands
- Standard working hours for the team are: 8:30-17:00 CET. Although this can vary based on workload and planned calls with customers abroad, this all in good communication with each other.
- We expect a growing team, in the sense of organically growing one by one.
