About our team

We are a small team, doing big things. Our current team manages everything we do and we take our job very seriously. Everybody has his or her specialization but we help each other out whenever necessary. Like a family. In the meantime, we try to have as much fun as possible and we get great satisfaction from running Personal Programmer together. We didn’t take any outside financing and loans from banks or investors, so we are free to do whatever we want! This gives us great freedom in running the company and trying to stand out.

Right now, we are looking to expand the team with someone that could take up our social media presence, our PR, and coordinate the planning of events. Everybody in the team is willing to help out with ideas, visuals, copyrighting, you name it, but you are the one that’s gonna pull the wagon.

What kind of person are we looking for?

You are good with people and you are representative. This is very important, because you will be ‘speaking’ for the company and sharing our image and mentality. Your communicative skills are super high, but most importantly you are open and transparent in your communication.
Marketing has your interest. Social Media is your weapon. It is something you know all about and use at will. You love planning and you are thorough. You see opportunities for virtual presence whenever they arise. Also, you think out-of-the-box and you are looking for a company where you can get a lot of freedom to experiment and work out some new ideas.
Now if this sounds daunting, remember that everyone in the current team has followed the path of trial and error. We all learned our crafts by going for it and asking each other for help. The mentality and motivation are more important than the current skill set.

What qualifications are we looking for?

– Digital Marketing knowledge
– Social Media knowledge (posting, sharing, strategy, campaigns, presence, content creation/imagination)
– Proficiency in English
– Creative and communicative
– Event coordination (following relevant events, organizing small company events)
– PR knowledge is a plus
– Affinity for recruitment through social media is a big plus
