What kind of person are we looking for?
Our client in Rotterdam is looking for a C# Developer with some affinity with a web-facing front-end. You will be working alongside an expanding team of currently about 15 developers, as the senior developer of a recently acquired tool. You will be involved in the entire development process of that tool, from design to the implementation and testing. They are seeking an independent developer with a lot of responsibility and freedom to do things your way. Your input will help them continuously improve their product, for example in their feature-set or their general software architecture.
What qualifications are we looking for?
• You find satisfaction in creating solutions for their customers in a future-proof way
• You have (at least) completed a relevant bachelor’s degree
• You have over 5 years of experience in developing C# (web) applications (ASP.NET) and SQLServer
• You (some) have experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Experience with SyncFusion’s DocIO is valued
• You are a team player
• You have analytical skills, are result-oriented, willing to learn and you show initiative.
• You have an eye for detail

What you’ll do:
The tool you’ll be working on is a tool designed especially for the conversion of learning content from our own internal format to MS Word, and vice-versa. As the senior developer for that tool you’ll be responsible for making sure the tool remains maintainable and extensible, with the freedom to introduce new frameworks, libraries and / or architectures when necessary. With your experience as a C#-developer you’ll be able to define, introduce and document best practices and strategies, all in close collaboration with the CTO. Together with the DevOps Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll configure, document, optimize, and support infrastructure components in Microsoft Azure.
Working hours and location:
9AM – 5PM, open for flexibility
Skopje office/ remote (especially due to COVID-19)
