What are we looking for?
Responsibilities:
- Ability to take direction from and collaborate with Lead Developer and Product team members to build highly scalable enterprise applications
- Work closely with Technical Project Manager and Product Managers to achieve deliverable goals in 2-week sprints
- Work with the design / UI team as needed to provide feedback and guidance
- Create and manage integrations with several back-office tools and systems
Requirements:
- Experience building web tools and enterprise applications using PHP, Laravel and Eloquent ORM (Required)
- Experience with source code repositories and continuous deployment process (Required)
- Prior experience working with PostgreSQL . (Highly desired)
- Knowledge of data modeling and database design (Highly desired)
- Prior experience with JavaScript, CSS, JQuery skills (Desired)
- Experience with CMS such as WordPress, Drupal or OctoberCMS (Desired)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience with Agile development methodology
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time
Nice To Have:
- Familiarity with A/B Testing.
- Familiarity with website analytics.
- Experience building scalable internet eCommerce and/or social networking applications.
